Personal Details

This form is for the use of Student Exchange Organisations registered in Tasmania to notify the Office of Tasmanian Standards and Certification (TASC) of all outbound student exchanges.

All fields are mandatory.

You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please quote the reference number when enquiring about your notification.
